Joe Effertz, Jr. - over 15 years of operational/ownership in The Fieldhouse, Barley´s Brewhaus, Pony Express Brewing, and is a former shareholder in KC Hopps, Ltd. / 5+ years experience as V.P. of Operations – Slaggie Architects, Inc.

Derek Betz - over 20 yrs. of operational/ownership/development experience with The Fieldhouse, Barley´s Brewhaus, Fletcher´s Kitchen, O’Dowd’s Irish Pubs, 75th St. Brewery and other KC Hopps, Ltd. operations - Current KCH shareholder .

Jim Willey - Jim was hired at the newly opened Barley's Brewhaus in 1996 by Mr. Derek Betz while attending UMKC. In 1997 Jim was appointed Kitchen Manager. He worked with KC Hopps as a Kitchen Manager for nine years developing recipes, creating spreadsheets for ingredient tracking and ordering, and was responsible for everything including new kitchen staff hiring, budgets, profitability standards and vendor relations until 2006, when he moved to the St. Louis area to work again with Derek Betz as General Manager of Fletcher's Kitchen. Jim has been thoroughly involved with the start-up process for the Dodge City Distillery which opens Spring 2011.
